Thank goodness. Our national nightmare is over.
Lindsay Lohan has landed a job, meaning she won't need to refinance her mortgage into an unappealing adjustable rate home loan whose interest rate sky-rockets after a few years.
A couple months after complaining about the toll this recession is taking on her bank account, Lohan has snagged a new acting gig.
Look for her to appear - alongside Woody Harrelson, Giovanni Ribisi, Dave Matthews and Alanis Morissette. - in The Other Side, an independent fantasy comedy.
"It's a wonderful cast and it's shooting on the East Coast, which we are excited about," Lohan's manager/terrible mother, Dina, told People about the film.
According to Variety, the movie centers on "a grad student [Lohan] who must spend the summer working at a scientific institute on a remote island. She discovers an eccentric community of characters who are hiding a secret about a tragedy that took place many years before."
Speaking of secret tragedies... are you really pregnant, Lindsay?

TO EVERYONE IN THE USA, I sent Cindy Bennett a letter late 2008, I wrote with notepad, and hand wrote last part of letter, asking who Lindsay Lohan's father was, and if she had been used by her Mother, with her boyfriends or others! I told her that I had called the FBI, before our last phone call, She had her mother call me, my ex-wife, I told her she was a bitch, and then called Cindy 5 min.later, She said many things, I never wanted to hear from my child, ARE YOU DEAD YET? YOU SHOULD BE DEAD! ! over and over again, she was with Richard O'Byrne, her husband, I think he is a gangster!
Anyway, Cindy said "Those things you asked me in the letter, I'm not going to tell you! (Who Lindsay's father is) She was upset, but also sounded like she was on something, like (coke).and gave me hell for another hour or so, I was later told by NYstate Attorney, to much time has gone by to bring charges against the Lohan's. I pray God will protect Cindy and her only child, Lindsay. God Bless All, Edward Williams

My child, Cindy Ann Bennett, lived with her mother, East Meadow Long Island,NY. In 1985 She would spend a weekend with me in NY city every 5 or 6 weeks,we had plans to go see a Broadway Play. But she could not come out,she said she wanted too,but not now. Then the 1st of Dec., when I called her she said she could come out next weekend, Dec.7 & 8th, 1985, but did not want to see CATS, until the next visit! My child was a thin dancer with the same cute face as Lindsay Lohan, whom had not been born yet.I was shocked when I saw my child, last time she was 88Lbs 5' tall, still 5' tall but she weighed 122 Lbs.,Asked her if there was something wrong, boyfriend, girlfriend on drugs what! She seemed OK , and was not on drugs, trust me I can tell. The thought to ask my sweet daughter, just turned 14 years old, if for some reason, she was having a baby, and had planned to sell my grandchild. Just as well I'd be just getting out of jail now. I love my child, Cindy. She said she could not come out again in Jan.1986, for several months, then we would see the show (Cats). Again, can't come out now wanted to talk on phone to be near me though. Nine months later, late Sept,1986,She came out to see me She was still 5' tall, but was down to 95lbs. Looked great just a little older, next time we went to see CATS, She never talked, you know,like a child who had grown up alone, but she lived with a family, Her mother is Roman Catholic,(Irish), I was raised at the Oak Ridge U.S. govermewnt town, then. Also with my Mothers brother, PHD. Wes White. He was president of the A.M.A. M. D. 1966. I had lived in N.Y. city for 15 years,it was normal not to talk all the time, but I knew there was something wrong, or many things wrong. I had studied with Dr. White and his colleagues.I just could not get her to talk. Then I started seeing my grandchild, who looks just like her mother, my child was 14 years old, I loved takeing pictures of my wonderfull child, I took pictures of her when she came out when she was pregnant with my grandchild, Lindsay also before and after she had Lindsay. I am a disabled Vet. from my service to protect the United States in the 1960's. I could not protect my child, but perhaps this letter will help someone else ,or at least show evil for what it is.
