Kathy Griffin, of My Life on the D-List fame, was the recipient of the Vanguard Award at the GLAAD Media Awards at the Nokia Theater in L.A. last night. T.R. Knight made the presentation to the comedian, who happened to be rocking a bikini as she stepped onto the stage.
The Vanguard is presented each year to a member of the entertainment community who has made a significant difference in promoting equal rights for LGBT people. Recent past recipients have included Janet Jackson in 2008 and Jennifer Aniston in 2007.
Earlier in the evening the Bravo reality show celeb was dressed much like the rest of those attending the event, in evening attire. Check out those photos below.
