Early Sunday morning Jackass star Bam Margera got into an altercation with a cab driver outside of a biker bar in NYC.
Bam was detained by police after witnesses flagged down a squad car to report that Margera punched a cab driver and then kicked in the man’s car door, photo here, outside of Hogs & Heifers Saloon.
The altercation was reportedly provoked, according to Bam, because the driver called his girlfriend a “slut.” She spit on the cabbie and he then grabbed the woman by the hair. It was at that point that the Jackass got involved.
Baffled by the entire episode, the cops gave everyone a free pass and they all set off on their merry way.
Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill tweeted, “Fun night and street fights with @Bam_Margera. Everything I expected and more. Bruises all around.”
