It helps if the one getting work done is a young, popular, traditionally attractive star.
We’re not sure why this is? Maybe it’s because us peasants get an ego boost from knowing that even the most physically flawless celebs need a little help?

In any event, Kaley Cuoco underwent sinus surgery over the weekend and the Internet is losing it’s ever-hating mind, because “OMG an actress has a bandage on her nose, she must have gotten a nose job!”
Fortunately, Kaley responded to the nose job rumors in typically lovable fashion:
“For those haters out there who are gonna hate hate hate no matter what, let me inform you that I have not been able to breath through my nose like a normal human being in years,” the actress wrote.
“This surgery is changing my life. With that being said, if I DID get a nose job, (which I didn’t) I would be shouting that from the rooftops as well.”
Well said. Plus, ya know…if she got a nose job and wanted to keep it on the down-low, she probably wouldn’t have posted post-op pics for her millions of Instagram followers. Just sayin’.
