William Shatner and his wife Elizabeth are being sued by two former employees who claim to have been harassed and humiliated while they were working for the high profile couple.
Oscar Alfaro and his wife Delmy were loyal employees of the Shatner’s for twenty years as handyman and housekeeper. They claim everything changed after Oscar suffered an injury while performing his duties.
The lawsuit, filed yesterday at the L.A. County Superior Court, claims that Oscar hurt himself while working at the actor’s Studio City home. Shatner tried to force the employee to sign a release form freeing him from any financial liability. No fool, the handyman refused.
Things got so bad after Oscar refused to sign the waiver that he and his spouse quit their jobs. Their lawsuit, for unspecified damages, claims they suffered humiliation, embarrassment, mental anguish and loss of earnings.
