It will be a Christmas to remember for soul singer John Legend and model Chrissy Teigen. The couple fished, attended a Thai cooking class and got engaged while vacationing in the Maldives.
The news was confirmed by Cindi Berger, a rep for The Roots musician.
The 26-year-old beauty, of Thai-Norwegian ancestry, made her debut as ‘Rookie of the Year’ in the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2010. A little known fact about Chrissy is that she is terrified of swimming.
Legend, 32, will be performing music from his new album Wake Up! during his New Year’s Eve gig at the Palms in Vegas.
