After much publicity surrounding Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt‘s plans to unload wife Zsa Zsa Gabor‘s Bel Air mansion, and her daughter’s efforts to stop it, the property has officially been listed at an asking price of $15 million.

In January, Francesca Hilton questioned von Anhalt’s right to sell the estate when he revealed his wishes to list it at an asking price of $28 million and move to a condo in Westwood.

“My mother is not aware that von Anhalt is selling her house. I am not aware if von Anhalt has the legal right to put my mother’s house up for sale as he claims.” She went on to add, “I am sure the Realtor has done his research (due diligence) concerning his legal right to sell my mother’s house.”

The 6,393 square foot, 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom home sits on 1.05 acres and includes a master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet/ dressing room, and an additional staff suite with 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, and a second floor with family room, party room and additional bedroom and bath.

The formal living room has inlaid hardwood floors and a black and white marble fireplace. A paneled library with wet bar lies between the living and dining rooms, spilling into a sitting area with black and white checked floor.
