Hollywood bad boy Charlie Sheen spoke with his estranged wife Brooke Mueller on the phone yesterday and they discussed the fact that their marriage is officially beyond salvaging. She told the actor that she planned to file court papers on Monday.
Sheen beat her to the punch while she was jetting to Florida to visit her parents this morning. The 43-page property settlement document, already agreed to and signed by both parties in May, gives physical custody to Mueller with visitation rights for Charlie.
Brooke will get $55,000 per month in child support. The filing states: “Under no circumstances shall the child support paid by Charlie for Bob and Max be less than the child support paid by Charlie to Denise Richards for Sam and Lola.”
Sheen will also pay Mueller a lump sum of $757,689 plus a $1 million payment as her share of the family home.
The legal filing lists the date of separation as 12/25/09 — the day he was hauled off to an Aspen jail for threatening to kill his wife.
