Former heavyweight champ Mike Tyson is being sued for $25 million by a photographer who claims he was attacked by Tyson at LAX in November 2009.

Tyson was initially arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery for the run-in with the photog but the case was rejected by the L.A City Attorney for insufficient evidence.

Now, photographer Antonio Echevarria has filed suit in Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that Tyson attacked him while he was filming the boxer, hitting him with a closed fist causing severe injuries to his face, brain, spine, neck and other parts of his body.

In his suit, Echevarria also alleges that Tyson and two LAX employees made false statements to the police which resulted in him being taken into custody.

Echevarria is seeking $25 million in damages.
