Other photos from the photo shoot feature Kim in nothing but silver body paint.
Although Kardashian told Harper’s Bazaar she was “sorry” she stripped down for Playboy in 2007, her latest nude pictorial was another matter – her mom, Kris Jenner, told her to “go for it,” Kardashian says.
The November issue hits newsstands Wednesday.
