Glee creator Ryan Murphy has purchased Diane Keaton’s former home in Beverly Hills.

Keaton bought the 7,145 square-foot Spanish Colonial Revival in 2007 for $8.1 million and had the mansion completely redone by her longtime friend and designer Stephen Shadley

Built in 1927 by architect Ralph Flewelling, the home features seven bedrooms, nine baths and an inner courtyard with a fountain.

Murphy purchased the home for an undisclosed amount; it originally listed in March 2009 for $12,995,000 and was later reduced to $10,995,000.
