People magazine won the bidding war, as expected, and is rumored to have paid a whooping $15 million for the North American rights to the exclusive photos of babies Vivienne and Knox. European rights were snagged by Hello! No surprise here – both publications handled the first exclusive glimpse of newborn Shiloh two years ago.
The photo shoot took place last weekend at Chateau Miraval in the south of France. The closely guarded secret apparently leaked because at least one photographer with a powerful lens was able to capture some shots that were briefly up on an internet website. This caused the Jolie-Pitt camp to go into crisis mode – with their legal team threatening a lawsuit. Check out those details here.
