Red carpet vamping …

Emma Watson graced the red carpet earlier this week at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards, and dare we suggest … she is totally adorable.

The actress will appear on the big screen one last time as Hermione Granger in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2, when the final installment hits theaters on July 15.

Watson left her studies at Brown University near the end of April, amid rumors that she opted out because of campus bullying. In a new interview, she told Sunday Times Style:

“It made me so sad when all this stuff came out that I left Brown because I was being bullied. It made no sense at all. Brown has been just the opposite. I’ve never even been asked for an autograph on campus. I threw a party for nearly 100 students and not a single person put a photo on Facebook.”

Emma does admits that she thought she could disappear into total anonymity when she started her studies at the Ivy League school. “I wanted to pretend I wasn’t as famous as I was. I was trying to seek normality, but I had to accept who I am, the position I’m in and what happened.”

As for a current boyfriend, there isn’t one. Her friends tell her that it is because guys are intimidated by her status. Her response: “It must be the circus that goes on around me. Me, as a person, I find it hard to believe I would be intimidating.”

The 21-year-old actress is currently working on a new film project, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, due to hit theaters in 2012. Her fans will get an opportunity to see her in another movie this year, when My Week with Marilyn is released. The project received rave reviews at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, with some critics suggesting it has Oscar potential.
