Keira Knightley and James Righton have tied the knot.

The British actress and her musician fiance quietly made it official today, exchanging wedding vows in the town of Mazan, France, according to reports.

Another round may be needed to make the union binding in their native England, but their wedding in the French countryside was as romantic as it gets.

The 28-year-old Keira walked down the aisle in a custom Karl Lagerfeld gown - a Chanel strapless, tulle dress - and jacket in an idyllic, private setting.

"It was not a long service," one witness said. "Very few people."

Keira Knightley is over the moon about the royal baby. Not that we blame her.

In the March issue of Marie Claire, she gushes over the future child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, even if she doesn't really get the monarchy in general:

"I'm over the moon about the royal baby, but I really can't mount an argument in favor of the monarchy. Is that treason? Do I have to turn in my passport?"

Hopefully not. We'd hate to see Keira, who recently got engaged to Klaxons keyboardist James Righton, to have to wed outside her native England.

But this beautiful actress is not exactly prim and proper. She's been known to flash her breasts in movies and she poses in the latest issue of Allure... without a shirt on!

Knightley does have one rule about nudity on camera, however: No bottom half, she tells the magazine.

"I don't mind exposing my tits because they're so small," she says. "People really aren't that interested!"

The first part is at least true, as Keira also went topless for a Chanel Ad a couple years ago.

Keira Knightley will soon be a married woman. The lucky man? James Righton.

The lovely British actress, probably best known for stealing the screen in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and melting hearts with Love Actually quotes, is engaged to the rock musician, her rep confirmed early Friday.

After a series of long-term relationships with actors Jamie Dornan and Rupert Friend, Knightley, 27, started seeing Righton, 28, in early 2011.

He popped the question earlier this month. Keira Knightley's fiancé is the vocalist / keyboardist for the London-based indie rock brand Klaxons.

The couple was reportedly introduced by model and TV host Alexa Chung. No further details about the wedding plans are available at this time.

But in a new three-minute ad for Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume, Keira Knightley evokes a different kind of reaction from viewers. Especially male viewers.

Movie director Joe Wright is behind the camera for this glamourous commercial, which depicts Knightley in a state of undress. Do we actually see any of her bare goods? No. But the seductive allure is present throughout nonetheless...

Keira Knightley no longer has a friend. Rupert Friend, that is.

The long-time couple has split, according to the actress' father. He told The Sun: "They have broken up. They were together for quite a long time and it is always hard breaking up. She's focused on her work."

Knightley and Friend met in 2005 while filming Pride and Prejudice. She just complete filming on A Dangerous Method, while he will appear in the movie 5 Days of August later this year.

Last year, a Chanel ad featuring Keira Knightley topless generated a lot of buzz. Now a new version has finally been revealed and it's ... pretty revealing.

Which is all good, though we're not entirely sure how seeing Keira Knightley nude or close to it is an effective marketing strategy to sell some perfume.

Buy Chanel perfume and ... look like Keira Knightley topless? It doesn't make a whole lot of sense to be honest. Nor does wearing suspenders with that outfit. They just look so uncomfortable. Oh well. The Love Actually beauty does the best she can.

Keira Knightley's dramatic anti-domestic violence PSA, which debuted earlier this month, was apparently a little too hard-hitting for the British censors.

British advertising watchdog Clearcast has demanded cuts - pun not intended - be made to Cut, the ad Knightley starred in for the U.K. charity Women's Aid.

The ad group claims that final scenes, in which the star comes home and her boyfriend absolutely goes Chris Brown on her, is too shocking for TV audiences.

Women's Aid has already come forward to defend the ad, in which Keira is slapped, pushed to the ground and repeatedly kicked, and to denounce the ruling.

"We were very careful to reflect what we had heard from anecdotal evidence," charity spokeswoman Lucy Brown said, adding that the charity has been successful in both raising public awareness and getting a strong, positive response to the spot.

The ad, directed by Joe Wright, who also directed a nude Keira Knightley in Atonement, is still available online, where it has been viewed more than 1 million times.

But without the edits, Clearcast won't allow it on British TV.

Likely inspired by the Rihanna and Chris Brown debacle, Keira Knightley has filmed a public service video that focuses on domestic violence.

In the two-minute clip, which debuts April 6 in movie theaters, Knightley heads home after a long day of filming.

Once there, she is brutally attacked by her boyfriend.

As the camera pans out, the beating continues, the location is revealed to be an empty film set and the ad reads:

Isn't it time someone called cut?

The actress says she filmed the spot because "while domestic violence exists in every section of society we rarely hear about it.... Domestic violence affects one in four women at some point in their lifetime and kills two women every week."
