Amy Winehouse's Family to Receive Singer's Entire Estate; Blake Fielder-Civil Receives Shaft
The late Amy Winehouse's estate, worth an estimated $4.66 million, will go to her parents in its entirety, as will residuals from any posthumous earnings.
Her ex-hubby, Blake Fielder-Civil, jailed for a burglary committed to pay for his drug habit (which some feel he passed on to Amy), will get nary a cent.
Sucks to be him in so many ways.
According to probate documents, because the late diva did not have a will, her dad, Mitch Winehouse, will serve as the administrator of all her assets.
Mitch also heads the newly-created Amy Winehouse Foundation.
The star passed away at age 27 at her London home July 23, 2011. A coroner later determined Amy Winehouse's cause of death was accidental alcohol poisoning.
Mitch Winehouse Won't Speak to Blake Fielder-Civil
While he wouldn't overtly put the blame on Blake Fielder-Civil (even though he basically already has), Amy Winehouse's father says he was "killing" her.
On Piers Morgan Tonight, Mitch Winehouse reflected again on the notorious druggie best known for introducing Amy Winehouse to cocaine and heroin.
He feels blaming Blake would be "stupid," but he did warn him that after what he's been through with his daughter, he wants nothing to do with him now.
Mitch explained that Blake Fielder-Civil, who is currently in jail for assault, and his mother have told media reports that they have tried to contact him.
Nothing of the sort has taken place, and he'd hang up if it did.
"His mother says that Blake's been trying to get in touch with me, but none of them have gotten in touch with me. Not that I'm not interested in them."
Amy Winehouse's Dad to Blake Fielder-Civil: This is YOUR Fault!
Amy Winehouse's father Mitch is basically calling out Blake Fielder-Civil for killing his little girl by virtue of laying the groundwork for hard ass drug addiction.
Hey, it's not a hard sell to even the casual observer.
Mitch Winehouse feels that it was Blake Fielder-Civil who first introduced Ames to the hard drugs, specifically heroin, that ransacked her body for years.
In an interview with Anderson Cooper, Mitch is careful to say that he doesn't blame Amy's death on Blake, but reading between the lines, he likely does.
Were it not for Fielder-Civil, who's currently serving time for a burglary and firearm offense, Amy's life wouldn't have spiraled out of control so badly.
Mitch is adamant that Amy died of a seizure brought about by detoxing. If going OFF drugs and alcohol kills someone, that says a lot about their lifestyle.
Take it as a cautionary tale, Sarah Aspin.

Blake Fielder-Civil on Amy Winehouse: I Could Have Saved Her!!
How's this for irony.
Blake Fielder-Civil, the degenerate many people blame indirectly, if not overtly, for the addiction problems that clearly contributed to the untimely death of Amy Winehouse, says he could have saved his former wife.
He didn't, of course, because he's in jail as usual.
Blake's dad, Larry Fielder, says his son knew better than anyone the depth of Amy's drug addiction, and had planned to stage an intervention.
When he got out of jail, that is. March 2012 is his scheduled release date, provided he doesn't commit any further crimes while incarcerated.
It's a pretty absurd statement, given that the co-dependent junkies were entirely incapable of helping the other during a turbulent marriage.
Blake believes it, though, and has been crying hysterically in his cell for days, says his current girlfriend, Sarah Aspin, who visited him in jail.
Sarah Aspin: Blake Fielder-Civil Crushed By Amy Winehouse Death
Blake Fielder-Civil is nothing short of heartbroken over the tragic death of his former wife Amy Winehouse, says his current girlfriend, Sarah Aspin.
Currently incarcerated (big surprise right there), Blake spoke on the subject through Aspin, who was granted special visitation rights on Monday.
She told the UK's Sun on his behalf:
"I will never ever again feel the love I felt for her," he told Sarah Aspin. "Everybody who knew me and knew Amy knew the depth of our love."
"I can't believe she's dead. My tears will never dry."
Staff at Leeds' Armley Jail have been instructed to pay special attention to Blake Fielder-Civil, who began serving a 32-month sentence in june.
Blake, who spent much of his marriage to Amy in jail for assault and obstructing justice, is now doing time for burglary and firearm possession.
Amy Winehouse Steps Out with Blake Fielder-Civil
Don't call her Wino. It's Mrs. Fielder-Civil, thankyouverymuch.
Amy Winehouse announced, on a night out with her former husband, that she is retaking her married name. After getting divorced... naturally.
It's Amy Winehouse we're talking about. Accept it and deal.
Out on the town to celebrate his birthday, the pair were seen openly shooting heroin and scoring crack rocks from a dealer kissing and cuddling.
The couple, who divorced last September before announcing their second engagement weeks later, spent around three hours in London's Soho:
Together again ... at long last (someone call the police).
Earlier, the eternal lovebirds were pictured hand-in-hand leaving the London Clinic where Amy has been treated for recurring breast implant woes.
Said club owner Sam Shaker, a long time friend of the train wreck couple, "She was asking us to call her Mrs. Fielder-Civil again, not Winehouse."
"They were very romantic together all night. He was very protective of her and she was giggling and smiling at him. They are a very nice couple."
So true.
It seems they were on best behavior, or their equivalent, with Amy ordering a glass of sangria and Blake ordering steak and chips in the VIP area.
Might being back together with Blake Fielder-Civil of all people actually have a calming effect on her? Stranger things have happened ... possibly.
Amy Winehouse, Blake Fielder-Civil Make Out
Last night on The Bachelor, Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi got engaged in large part because, to quote Jake, their chemistry is "lightning hot." What a tool.
Ridiculous cue card lines aside, certain couple just have that spark. Case in point? Newly-reunited former spouses Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil.
The photo below was recently taken at Blake's love nest in Sheffield, England. It's believed to be the first image of the two since they got back together.
How did they ever fail the first time? Eh, probably the heroin use and his prison sentence. But for the love of God, take a look at this searing passion ...
CRACK COCAINE: John Mayer likens former fling Jessica Simpson to hard ass drugs. These two also conjure up the image of crack, but not in the figurative sense.
The picture was taken by a friend at Blake's flat, and is actually the first we've seen of them since November 2007 when Blake Fielder-Civil was arrested and jailed.
The couple's divorce was finalized in September 2009 but they became engaged again, or at least "in a relationship" on Facebook, just a few months after that.
The image was released by a friend to show Amy and Blake are happy, despite rumors Blake is cheating on Wino with a pre-op transsexual, among other women.
Here's another picture of them just in case you weren't sure the above one was legit, or you can't get enough of the two, or you insist on torturing yourself ...

Sources: Amy Winehouse is Likely Bisexual; Blake Fielder-Civil Had Fling with Pre-Op Transexual
The revelation that Amy Winehouse is bisexual may come from a completely unreliable source, but at the same time, would anyone doubt that for a second?
Didn't think so. And the rumors that Amy is into girl-on-girl comes just days after rumors that her ex-husband had a relationship with a pre-op transsexual.
Naturally.
Wino told friends, regarding Blake's dalliances: "So what? I like girls as well. I have had relationships with women but that doesn't mean I don't love Blake."
Oookay. She added: "Something about being with a woman is very satisfying. I don't care what people think about me being bi - I just do what feels good."
Despite this declaration of sexual freedom, Winehouse is said to be livid with Blake Fielder-Civil over stories linking him to a male Wino lookalike named Mia.
Just when you thought Amy Winehouse gossip couldn't get any weirder ...
"It is embarrassing. I knew this girl. She used to stand outside my house all the time. I even spoke to her on the phone telling her to keep away," she said.
"[Blake] had even told me she was hassling him. He can't keep doing this to me. But I don't judge him for it - everyone has their own sexual desires."
Sound logic. Last night, a friend of confirmed that Amy, who's supposedly engaged to Blake again, is indeed bisexual, and consented to her speaking out.
"There is nothing restrained about Amy's sexuality," said the pal, noting that Wino has a crush on X Factor judge Cheryl Cole. "She doesn't hold back."
"She says what she feels. She often talks about other women. Most women can appreciate another's beauty but Amy definitely takes that to the next level."
Despite their recent divorce, his apparent links to that guy Mia and his secret proposal to Sarah Aspin in rehab, Blake is still "The One" for Amy, however.
"Right now, she's absolutely devastated," the pal said. "Deluded or not, Amy genuinely believes her and Blake are a fairytale who will end up together one day."
Truly, is there any doubt that's the case?
Sarah Aspin: Blake Fielder-Civil Proposed to Me!
According to Sarah Aspin, Amy Winehouse isn't the only woman Blake Fielder-Civil has recently told he wants to marry, if you know what she's saying.
Sarah Aspin's saying Blake planned to wed her too!
The recently-divorced Blake and Amy are supposedly planning to re-marry, but Aspin, who Blake met in rehab, says he pledged the same thing to her.
"We spent all our spare time together. He said he'd found his soulmate, that he loved me, as if he had known me forever," she recalled of those days.
This isn't the first woman alleging an affair with Blake while in rehab. He supposedly knocked up Gilleen Morris there as well. But back to Sarah ...
"One day we were talking about our future. Then Blake looked at me and said, 'You are the only person I ever want to be with - will you marry me?'
Is Amy Winehouse Blake Fielder-Civil's soulmate? Or is Sarah Aspin?
Of course, Sarah knew all about Blake's previous marriage. But she says he made his relationship status perfectly clear to her during their time together.
"I did double check about Amy. He said they were getting divorced. He admitted they spoke but said he couldn't be with her, that drugs had ruined them."
Sarah is questioning their future now that remarriage reports between Blake and Wino have surfaced, even as she claims she and Blake are still together.
They've been meeting up for the past five months, she says! Regularly, too: "Up until last week we saw each other every 2-3 days," Aspin alleges.
"Blake told me, I am in love with you, it is you I want. He said he wasn't remarrying Amy. But now I reckon he's stringing us both along. So I'm dumping him."
Probably a smart move.
Wow, though. This story doesn't bode well for Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil if she were to find out about it. Then again what does bode well for them?
Blake Fielder-Civil and Amy Winehouse Holed Up in Secret Love Tryst; Family Fears Worst
Their love may be toxic and destructive, but like Tiger Woods and ... well, any woman, you cannot keep Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil apart.
Nor can you pry them apart once they're together.
The Back to Black singer and her ex-husband met up over the weekend for a two-day tryst at a flat in Sheffield where Fielder-Civil is in a rehab clinic.
They stayed holed up there for 36 hours straight.
Amy was seen being driven away from their secret rendezvous yesterday morning. Blake Fielder-Civil left minutes later showing off a new tattoo of Amy's face inked on the back of his hand as he tried to shield his face from photographers.
And they say there's no such thing as true love.
The reunion of Blake and Amy is not without its detractors.
Amy's parents, Mitch and Janice, are said to be "frantic with worry" now that she and Blake are back together against all odds ... and logic, and safety.
"They have vowed to one another never to get back into drugs," a source says. "But together [Amy and Blake] just went into self destruct mode."
"It was their separation that saved them."
Wino's ex was released from prison earlier this year after serving a 27-month sentence for grievous bodily harm and perverting the course of justice, but was sent to rehab after failing a drug test which breached his parole terms.
Blake Fielder-Civil, who Mitch blames for getting Amy hooked onto cocaine and heroin, married her in 2007 but divorced her just this past August.
Despite a contentious and well-publicized split, the couple were flirting on social-networking site Facebook and are said to be planning to remarry.
Not if her family has anything to say about it.
A source claimed: “Mitch has seen a solicitor. He is doing everything he can to protect his daughter. He thinks Blake brings nothing but heartache."
