Rick Salomon: Sued for Battery!

As the co-star of one of Hollywood's most infamous sex tapes, Rick Salomon has spent One Night in Paris.

As the co-defendant named in a new law suit, this waste of brain cells may spend all the money he earned from that video on a woman he supposedly helped beat.

Salomon, Paris Hilton's sex tape partner and Pamela Anderson's ex-husband, is being sued by a woman that claims he and his roommate beat her savagely.

According to TMZ, Gertrude Harutunian filed a lawsuit this week that says Salomon hosted a drug-laden party last July at his home in the Hollywood Hills. The alleged drugs of choice - cocaine, meth, pot and alcohol- were "freely given out" Harutunian claims, and they led Salomon's roommate Buddy Segal to yank Harutunian from a bed by her hair.

As Salomon looked on, his friend proceeded to "strike, hit and throw" Harutunian. She claims Segal then dragged her across a room to a shower and threw her inside as "Salomon watched and conspired with Segal to hurt and injure [her]."
