Tracy Morgan collapsed last night in Park City, Utah shortly after the 30 Rock actor accepted an award at the Sundance Film Festival.

The comedian was being honored with the Spotlight Initiative Award at the Creative Coalition Spotlight Awards ceremony when he was stricken.

During the ceremony Morgan was reportedly acting extremely inebriated, yelling and falling onto the ground. He was escorted outside by security personnel where he fell unconscious.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene and he was transported to Park City Medical Center for evaluation. Amy Roberts, a rep for the hospital, said that neither drugs nor alcohol were a factor in his sudden collapse.

Morgan’s rep released a statement early this morning, “From a combination of exhaustion and altitude, Tracy is seeking medical attention … He is with his fiance and grateful to the Park City Medical Center for their care. Any reports of Tracy consuming alcohol are 100 percent false.”

Tracy’s friend Cuba Gooding, Jr. told ABC News that, “he’s alright, he’s fine.”
