During the Solomon Islands leg of their nine-day Asian tour, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were greeted by traditional warrior dancers wielding spears and sporting loin cloths.

Prince William and the former Kate Middleton rode through the streets in a truck that was cleverly disguised as a canoe as 60,000 islanders gathered to catch a glimpse of the Royal visitors.

Kate wore an aqua, white and forest-green geometric Jonathan Saunders dress that retails for $1,490. She accessorized the look with a white Jane Taylor cocktail hat that reminded us of an Amish cap when viewed from a distance. Was the look a fashion hit or miss?

Her Royal Highness later changed into island garb, a strapless dress of pink and orange batik design that was presented to her as a gift from her hosts. This dress we LOVED!

The couple are undoubtedly bracing for a new 26-page barrage of explicit photos, a 50 image total, that will be published by Italian magazine ‘Chi’ Monday.
