Once again Michael Lohan has found himself in trouble because of anger issues. Lindsay Lohan‘s father is sitting behind bars in a Tampa jail after being arrested and charged with domestic violence battery.
The wayward Lohan was arrested at 1:10 a.m. after police responded to a 911 call made by his on-again, off-again girlfriend Kate Major.
Police transported the suspect to a local hospital because he complained of chest pains. After his health was cleared Lohan was carted off to jail and booked. The TPD website still lists him as in custody.
Lohan and Majors had a nearly identical fight episode that escalated into a police matter in March 2011. That one also began with a trip to a hospital ER after he claimed to be having a heart attack, and ended with time spent in the slammer.
We found it interesting that on his booking sheet this time around, Lohan listed his occupation as Director of Marketing for Larsen Pharmaceuticals.
We fully expect that Michael Lohan will soon be offering up his usual lame excuses about the huge misunderstanding.
