Rumors are flying this morning that singer Mariah Carey is in labor. Husband Nick Cannon was at the Reality Rocks Expo in L.A. yesterday and had to make a quick exit.
Cannon planned to use the event to promote his new show Son of a Gun, slated to premiere on MTV on April 28. He was scheduled to do several interviews but that all changed when he dashed out as quickly as he came in.
Nick Sarno left a Twitter message calling out Cannon for not showing up for a ‘meet and greet’:
On March 26th Carey went to the hospital thinking she was going to deliver their twins but was sent home a few hours later. She tweeted that they had a few more weeks to go but Nick said in an interview a few days ago, that with twins the likelihood of an early delivery is almost a sure thing. Her due date is in early May.
Cannon tricked his radio listeners with an April Fools prank — claiming “dem babies” were on the way. Several hours later he fessed up and admitted it was merely a stunt.
