Kelly Osbourne was treated at a hospital in Miami after an incident that left her with a head injury.
“I just want 2 thank all the incredible doctors and nurses @ Mercy hospital in Miami 4 taking such good care of me u guys really are amazing!” the 27-year-old tweeted on Sunday.
Osbourne didn’t give any details about the circumstances, but tweeted that fans should watch her mom Sharon’s daytime show “The Talk” for details.
“Long story short I cracked my head open then kept passing out I have the all clear my mum came 2 get me 4 full story watch the talk tomorrow.”
Osbourne was in Miami for Madonna’s Material Girl clothing line model casting call.
