Jennifer Love Hewitt will reprise her role from a made-for-television movie in a new TV series The Client List on Lifetime.
She wears several hats for this new project, starring as the lead character and serving as executive producer.
The new drama premieres on Sunday, April 8, 2012, the first of 10-episodes that were ordered by the network.
The film appeared on Lifetime on July 19, 2010 and earned a Golden Globe nomination for JLH in the category ‘Best Performance by an Actress in a Mini-Series or Motion Picture Made for Television.’
The actress is cast as Riley Parks, a single mother living in a small Texas town and leading a shocking double life. She works at a traditional day spa, but soon realizes that the parlor offers more than just message therapy. The show deals with her attempt to balance her family life with her secret clientele.
