Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler is engaged to Kristin Cavallari. The former Laguna Beach celeb, 24, received a surprise proposal from her NFL boyfriend while they were on a weekend getaway in Cabo San Lucas.
The actress, who has been dating the star athlete since last fall, was reportedly not expecting a ring when she agreed to a quick trip. She recently told People magazine: “I’m in love, and it’s been great.”
Cutler, 27, graduated from Vanderbilt in 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in human and organizational development. He began his pro career with the Denver Broncos (2006-2008) before joining the Bears organization in 2009.
