Jack Osbourne is engaged to girlfriend Lisa Stelly.
Ozzy Osbourne’s son is set to wed Stelly after popping the question to the aspiring actress.
Jack is “a great influence on her,” a friend of Stelly’s tells Us Weekly, adding, “It’s just no drama. More stable.”
Jack, 25, is working behind the camera since his family’s reality show days, directing Ozzy’s “Life Won’t Wait” music video in 2010.
