Crystal Harris has decided to unload the diamond engagement ring that she received from Playboy founder Hugh Hefner when they were still crazy in love and planning to wed.
The mega bling is a platinum 3.39 carat circular-cut diamond. Crystal’s sparkler will hit the auction block at Christie’s in New York City next month.
The listing for the ring indicates a value of between $20,000 – $30,000 — not a bad payday.
Apparently there is no sentimental value attached to the shiny trinket. Crystal’s friend said, “She couldn’t bear to look at the ring anymore because it brought back bad memories.”
