I say “plane crash,” you say…well, if you’re anyone who watched Criminal Minds Season 10 Episode 3 last night, “terrorism.”

Or at least that was the first thought when a plane crashed during the episode’s opening moments and the BAU were called in to find out how and why the plane went down.

If you watch Criminal Minds online, you know that the whodunits follow a pretty dynamic format week to week. This one, however, was different.

Instead of watching as the case unfolded, viewers were invited along for the journey this week, discovering new evidence right alongside our BAU members.

That means that just as they missed the misdirection of the military men, so did we. Or so did some of us. (There’s little doubt that some of us who are fans of watching crime procedurals are way, way better at solving crimes than the people on the screen.)

The conspiracy theorists ideas seemed plausible up until the point he began ad libbing his story. Then he just seemed a little…nutty. AS nutty as the idea that the co-pilot could have walked away from the plane crash.

This isn’t LOST, for crying out loud.

We learned a little more about Kate this week, and Jennifer Love Hewitt is killing it in the new role. Not only does she hate being seen as weak, she’s raising her nephew since her sister and brother-in-law are deceased.

Is Jennifer Love Hewitt even old enough to have a 13 year old? Isn’t she still 13 herself and singing on the stage of Kids, Inc!?
