Could this guy really be the neighbor from Hell?

Bad press and Chris Brown seem to go hand and hand. The singer just can’t seem to avoid drama, and it’s not just the public that has been voicing their anger towards the troubled star–his neighbors have a few complaints of their own.

Breezy has only lived in his West Hollywood condo for a few months but his neighbors are fed up and ready to see him go. According to them, he is extremely disrespectful and is making life difficult.

Vandalism, parking vehicles in handicap spots, excessively loud music, parties at all hours, and racing animals in the hallways are some of the complaints that neighbors have brought to the attention of the condo association.

Management is now taking action, promising to tow CB’s vehicles if he continues to park in spots that do not belong to him, including clearly marked blue and white stenciled spaces that are reserved for handicapped visitors.

Brown’s people are adamant that this is all just a big misunderstanding and that the handicap spots belong to Chris. According to his high-profile lawyer Mark Geragos, Chris is in litigation with the building over the spaces, claiming that his client’s deed shows the two spaces belong to Chris.

They want the use of the parking spots and they also plan to fight the tickets that he has been issued for alleged parking violations.

Could Chris Brown really be the neighbor from Hell after only a few months on the premises? That’s what the neighbors are claiming.
