The 10,029 square foot Spanish-Mediterranean mansion has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 bathrooms, and sits on 3.37 acres. The property was purchased from former NFL commissioner Pete Rozelle in 1997 by Jenny Craig and her now deceased husband, Sidney.
Dubbed “The Villa,” the home overlooks the 228 acre thoroughbred race horse training facility, Rancho Paseana Farm, which the Craigs purchased in 1995. That property is currently on the market for $29,950,000.
