Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo is getting married. His rep confirmed that the 30-year-old is engaged to Candice Crawford, Miss Missouri 2008.
The veteran athlete proposed to his girlfriend on Thursday in Dallas on her 24th birthday while dining with her family at Five Sixty. She is the sister of Gossip Girl actor Chace Crawford.
The sound of wedding bells is definitely in the air… Romo’s former girlfriend, Jessica Simpson, recently announced her own engagement to a former NFL player Eric Johnson–just days after her ex Nick Lacey announced his own engagement to Vanessa Minnillo.
