Amid what is shaping up to be a bitter divorce and custody battle, Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif have listed their Beverly Hills mansion for a whopping $26,000,000.
Maloof — part owner of The Palms Resort Casino in Las Vegas and the Sacramento Kings basketball team, and Nassif — a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, purchased the Richard Landry-designed mansion in May 2004 for $12,708,000. Although the square footage of the French style chateau isn’t on the current listing, property records show the home at 12,882 square feet. The records also indicate 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms, however, it currently has 8 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, and is estimate to be 20,000 square feet, and includes indoor and outdoor dining rooms, a home theater, office and library.
The two acre grounds include a swimming pool, tennis court, and detached guest house.
The estate is listed by Maurice Umansky, husband of fellow Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast mate Kyle Richards.
Maloof was just awarded temporary custody of the couple’s three sons among allegations that Nassif choked one of the boys.
