Last weekend Miley Cyrus reportedly punched a fellow club-goer in the face when a fight broke out at Beacher’s Madhouse. New details have surfaced that will likely clear her name.
Police have reviewed a surveillance tape from the club that was filmed the night of the alleged disturbance and it strongly suggests that Miley is the victim of a false police report.
Cyrus and her fiance Liam Hemsworth were both interviewed separately by police about the incident. They claim it was the guy who filed the report early Sunday morning who actually caused the flap when he repeatedly bumped into Liam’s chair. They insist she never retaliated physically.
With the evidence apparently supporting her claim, it looks like Miley is off the hook. Carry on….
