Celebrity Apprentice Final Three …
The slicing and dicing of two more Celebrity Apprentice contestants Sunday night saw the group plummet from five to three over the course of two hours.
The first to get the boot was Real Housewives of New Jersey reality star Teresa Giudice who was way out of her league during a task with team mates Aubrey O’Day and Arsenio Hall.
The Blown Away episode pitted team Unanimous against Forte project manager Lisa Lampanelli and her capable minion Clay Aiken.
Task sponsors Elle magazine and Farouk Shami asked the teams to create a four page print ad for the Chi Touch hairdryer. When the dust settled Lampanelli won $100,000 for the Gay Men’s Health Crisis Center.
She and Clay didn’t get long to bask in their victory because the final four were called back to the boardroom and informed they would be sitting down for one-on-one interviews with last season’s top two finishers John Rich and Marlee Matlin.
They identified Lampanelli as having serious issues with emotional stability and Donald Trump fired her. We’ll have to wait until the first ten minutes of next week’s show to discover which of the other three was cut loose before the final task.
Latest Trump casualties …
Arsenio Hall, Clay Aiken and Aubrey O’Day were still in the mix during the show credits. Two of them will duke it out for the title next week. Stay tuned …
