Well that’s a downer! Jim Belushi was at Martha’s Vineyard Airport over the weekend and learned a “valuable” lesson–medical marijuana cards mean zip in Massachusetts.
While making his way through the airport, TSA agents caught Jim red-handed with a joint in his pocket. He promptly whipped out his medical marijuana card at which point the officers informed him that the card holds no sway in Massachusetts.
West Tisbury Police determined that his stash was minimal so they opted to confiscate the joint and send him off with a warning.
The funny man was no doubt relieved to discover that celebrity justice is still practiced in Martha’s Vineyard.
