Demi Moore is currently receiving treatment for addiction at exclusive Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah.
According to an exclusive E! Online report, the troubled actress gathered her belongs in the days following her January 23 hospitalization, and was secretly transported to the ultra-posh facility.
Their source said, “She’s in total lock-down and only talking to a small group of people, and is receiving individualized addiction treatment.”
This news debunks previous rumors that Bruce Willis and Ashton Kutcher visited Moore at her home earlier this week.
While mom has been indisposed, her youngest daughter Tallulah Belle Willis celebrated her 18th birthday with Bruce and his wife Emma Heming, and big sister Rumer Willis.
Cirque was the treatment provider of celebrities Lindsay Lohan, Eva Mendes, Mary-Kate Olsen and Melanie Griffith.
