Kevin Federline was rushed to the hospital Monday afternoon in Sydney, Australia, while filming Celebrity Fit Club spin-off “Excess Baggage.”

This is the second time the former back-up dancer and ex-husband of Britney Spears has been hospitalized while filming the reality show.

According to a spokesperson for the Nine Network, K-Fed was training with the Greater Western Sydney Giants when he complained of chest pains and a racing heart.

“We have a lot of paramedics on standby and they treated him for the first signs of a minor cardiac arrest, called an ambulance and had him taken to hospital.”

Tests revealed that the 33-year-old father of five had not had a heart attack, but doctor’s kept him overnight for further testing.

In November, Federline was taken to the hospital during the show’s first shoot in the Kimberley region in Outback Western Australia — widely regarded as one of the most remote and hostile parts of the country. He was taken to the hospital where he was treated for heat stress and released. He returned to the location and resumed filming shortly after his release.
