Money is apparently no object for pro golfer Tiger Woods‘ ex-wife Elin Nordegren. The Swedish beauty just demolished her new $12 million Florida mansion.
The home, located on Seminole Beach Road in North Palm Beach, is a recently built 9,000 square foot estate boasting 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms. She purchased the digs in March 2011 after receiving a $100 million divorce settlement.
It didn’t take long for the former Swedish model to decide the house just wasn’t working out. She has hired a high-profile architect to start from scratch. Their first order of business is the demolition of the old structure from the beach front property. All members of the building crew were required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
In the meantime Elin and her children have moved out and are living in a nearby rented mansion while awaiting the completion of Elin’s dream pad.
