‘The New Girl’ is single …
Zooey Deschanel has decided to end her marriage with Death Cab for Cutie lead vocalist Ben Gibbard. According to a joint statement, “The intention is to move forward with a divorce.”
The star of The New Girl on Fox wed two years ago and was last seen publicly with her husband in September at the Emmys.
Not only is Deschanel a talented actress, but she is a songstress too. She sang the National Anthem during Game 4 of the World Series in October – check it out here.
