The LAPD happened upon a burglary in progress at the Hancock Park home of champion boxer Manny Pacquiao, who was out of the country while training for an upcoming bout.
Lucky for Manny, several detectives were driving through his L.A. neighborhood midday on Friday, while investigating another burglary, when they noticed what looked like a crime in progress.
With the regular security guard on his lunch break, a group of burglars were interrupted by police before they were able to get away with any of Pacquiao’s property.
According to sheriff’s Capt. Mike Parker, four suspects were arrested.
Manny, currently in his native Philippines in full training mode, will fight Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas on November 12.
Boxing fans really want to know if there will ever be a fight between Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr., who beat Victor Ortiz last night – photos, video coverage.
