White House gate crasher Tareq Salahi believes that his missing wife, Michaele Salahi, has been kidnapped.
The last time Tareq saw the former Real Housewives of D.C. reality star was Monday at 11:00 a.m. when she told him that she was off to have her hair done.
He later discovered that she never went to the hair salon. She called him from a mysterious Oregon cell phone number on Monday night, telling him that she was heading to her mother’s home.
Suspicious because her voice didn’t sound right, Tareq phoned his mother-in-law who lives nearby. She knew nothing about her daughter’s whereabouts.
He phoned Warren County Sheriff’s Department to report his suspicions about an abduction, when they told him they had already spoken to her and she told them she was fine, and simply dealing with some “family issues.”
Mr. Salahi is having a hard time wrapping his arms around what the WCSD told him. He thinks his wife was taken and is being held against her will, and is being forced to report that she is OK.
The following family statement has been released, “We are asking the public to please be on the look out for her, and if found please approach her and contact the authorities to intervene.”
When last seen, Michaele was wearing a baby blue T-shirt dress with a silver glitter dolphin on the front and black thong sandals.
UPDATE: As it turns out, Michaele Salahi is alive and well in Memphis, where she and her ‘lover’ Neal Schon, the lead guitarist for Journey, have hooked up.
According to TMZ, Salahi has been secretly dating the rocker for a while, in what she has described as “an intimate and passionate relationship.” She was with the band in Nashville last night, and tonight Journey will perform with Foreigner, and Michaele is along for the wild ride.
Sorry Tariq … looks like you are odd man out.
