They definitely start their careers young in the Spears family! Britney became a sensation on the Mickey Mouse Club as a child and sister Jamie Lynn starred in her own series on Nickelodeon at age 14.
Well move over sisters, there’s another Spears Diva who wants her shot. Britney’s niece, Jamie Lynn’s daughter Maddie Briann, has some talent too and she showed off her singing skills in a YouTube video.
Brit posted the video with these remarks: “OMG! Check out my niece Maddie covering Aunt Britney’s Up N’ Down, Sooooo adorable.”
Not everybody is thrilled with the video. Some viewers posted harsh comments about the 3-year-old tot singing such provocative lyrics. Maddie sang: “The beat just dropped and the room got sexy. You’re watching me like there’s no one else around.”
Others quickly jumped to Brit’s defense, assuring her that it’s just a really cute kid innocently singing a song.
