Yesterday was a triumphant day for True Blood star Denis O’Hare when he legally wed his partner Hugo Redwood in New York.
The Tony Award winning actor and partner Hugo, an interior designer, said their I Do’s in the Big Apple, where gay marriage was voted in last month.
Denis hit his Twitter page to spread the news: “OK. It happened. Hugo and I just got married.” He also added a photo from the courthouse with the caption Mr And Mr., as seen above.
The marital activity began in earnest on July 24, when thousands flocked to courthouses and city halls throughout the State on the landmark first day under the new law.
