Demi looks stunning during her first red carpet event in 2011 …
Demi Lovato hit the red carpet last night at the HTC Status Social launch event in Hollywood. It was her first official public appearance since October 2010.
The former Disney actress, 18, looked healthy and content as she took her turn before photographers in a sexy black dress from the collection of BCBG Max Azria.
She told US Weekly: “I’m not as stressed and freaking out, like ‘Do I look okay here?’ I’m like, whatever. What you see is what you get and I’m having fun.”
Lovato’s life imploded nine months ago, prompting her to remove herself from the Hollywood scene and check into an Illinois rehab center for treatment of an eating disorder and other serious issues.
Demi recently released a new single Skyscraper, and has been romantically linked with actor Ryan Phillippe, 36, father of three children.
