With an estimated net worth of $35 million, Kim Kardashian is not taking any chances when it comes to “till death do us part.”
In the midst of wedding plans with fiance Kris Humphries, Kardashian, 30, is finalizing a prenuptial agreement which will protect the assets of both parties in the event of a divorce.
“It’s a standard prenup,” a source tells E! Online. “They just want something that makes sense for both of them.”
26-year-old Humphries, a forward for the New Jersey Nets, has an estimated net worth of about $8 million. “He does not receive anything if the marriage fails,” says a source.
Humphries proposed to Kardashian with a 20.5 carat diamond ring after 6 months of dating.
