Part two of the Dancing with the Stars Season 12 finale aired Tuesday night. After 10 weeks of grueling rehearsals and performances, the final three celebrities and their pro partners were poised for the final verdict.
Kirstie Alley & Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas, and Hines Ward & Kym Johnson competed in one final dance competition, with their new scores being added to Monday night’s total:
Chelsea and Hines were tied with a combined score of 89. Kirstie trailed with 84. When the viewer votes were factored in, a mirror ball trophy winner emerged.
Third place finishers were Chelsea Kane and Mark Ballas. Finishing in second spot Kirstie Alley and Maks Chmerkovskiy.
The winner of the 2011 Dancing with the Stars Season 12 competition: NFL wide received Hines Ward and his pro partner Kym Johnson.
