Top of the leaderboard …
It was Classical Night during the 4th Week of competition on the hit ABC show Dancing with the Stars. A 46-piece orchestra was on hand to provide the music for nine remaining couples, who performed the Viennese Waltz, Paso Doble or Waltz.
At the top of the leaderboard are Chelsea Kane & Mark Ballas, who earned a 26 for their Harry Potter inspired Viennese Waltz. Tied at 25 are Ralph Macchio & Karina Smirnoff for their Waltz and Hines Ward & Kym Johnson for their fiery Paso Doble.
In the middle of the pack with 23 are: Chris Jericho & Cheryl Burke, Romeo & Chelsie Hightower, and Petra Nemcova & Dmitry Chapin.
Kirstie Alley & Maks Chmerkovskiy were gifted with a 22 for their Waltz — with an 8 from Bruno. The former Cheers actress suffered a wardrobe malfunction when her foot popped out of her shoe and she struggled, while seated on the floor, to get the top of her toes wedged back inside the high heeled footwear. If not for the strap holding the shoe securely around her ankle, she would have lost it completely.
The delightfully irreverent Kirstie ‘tweeted’ after leaving the stage: “For f–k sake!! Excuse my French but REALLY!!!!! Who the … loses shoes on DWTS???? I need a universe adjustment !!!!”
Sugar Ray Leonard and Anna T’s Viennese Waltz earned them a lackluster 21 but it looked solid next to the efforts of Kendra Wilkinson & Louis van Amstel, who scored a dismal 18 for their Viennese Waltz.
The former Playboy model has turned out to be an insecure whiner who is beginning to remind us of DWTS alum Kate Gosselin. The E! reality star clearly wasn’t into classical music and made it plain during rehearsals that she found it boring. As it turns out — so is she.
Will Kendra get the boot tonight. It sure looks that way. Check out the performance below:
