Two former massage therapists for the New York Jets filed a sexual harassment lawsuit in the Supreme Court of New York Monday against Brett Favre.

Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole were fired by the Jets organization after they came forward with allegations that he propositioned them to engage in a three-way tryst. Scavo said the veteran quarterback treated her like a “hanging slab of meat.” Shannon received a suggestive text message: “Brett here, you and Crissy want to get together, I’m all alone.”

Crissy’s husband, Joseph Scavo, called Favre to demand an apology for his wife. The legendary #4 reportedly treated him to an earful of inappropriate language and arrogance.

The massage therapists, who leaked the information to the media, were told by their boss that they would never again be offered work with the Jets organization.

The women have hired legal eagle Elizabeth Eilender to file the lawsuit so that they can be compensated for lost wages. Their filing is also aimed at the New York Jets and their former boss Lisa Ripi, the woman who hires massage therapists for the team.

So what about Jenn Sterger, the former Jets employee who has produced explicit photos and text messages? She appears more reluctant to go to court, leading many to wonder if there is something she doesn’t want revealed.

The newly retired Favre has some pretty deep pockets. Will he get tired of the noise and get out his checkbook? Payoffs might bring women out of the woodwork — after all, this guy played for twenty years.
