Thiago Silva broke Brandon Vera‘s nose in Saturday night’s UFC 125 fight in Las Vegas.
The fight went three rounds, with Vera scoring some early strikes in round one, before being dominated by Silva for the remaining four minutes.
Round two also went to Silva.
In round three, Vera dropped Silva with a kick to the stomach. Silva immediately got back to his feet and proceeded to dominate Vera, finishing off the round with punches to the face that broke Vera’s nose.
Thiago Silva defeated Brandon Vera via unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27).
