Gwyneth makes a daring fashion statement…
Gwyneth Paltrow graced the red carpet last night for the Los Angeles screening of her newest movie Country Strong. She arrived wearing a white Emilio Pucci gown that featured an expansive serpentine cut out design held together by white lacing that showcased her bare back and more.
The dress was designed to give a view of her hip area as well as her lovely long legs. Dare we suggest that a malfunction of the criss-cross fastening system would have caused a wardrobe malfunction of monumental proportions.
All of the action was definitely contained in the back and side profile views of Paltrow’s gown. The front view is reminiscent of an unadorned angel costume for a church Christmas pageant — simply add wings and a halo.
It has been a busy few days for the actress and singer. On Monday she was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame – ceremony pics.
