Miami Heat player LeBron James has purchased a new home in South Beach overlooking Biscayne Bay in Coconut Grove. The $9 million price tag will afford the NBA star 12,178 square feet of luxurious living.
According to Miami real estate broker Alex Shay, the sale closed on November 12. The grounds include three fountains, an infinity pool with bar, and enough dock space to accommodate two 60-foot yachts.
Inside the three story mansion are six bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a wine cellar, library, three-car garage, home theater with its own bathroom and wet bar, and a three-car garage.
James, who was named to Barbara Walters Most Fascinating People List of 2010, has two children with his high school sweetheart, Savannah Brinson: LeBron Jr, 6, and Bryce, 3.
