Miley Cyrus performed her song Who Owns My Heart on the hit European television show Wetten, Dass? in Germany on Saturday.
The teen will have a milestone birthday on November 23, turning 18. Her racy antics in Hanover are on par with all of her recent performances, including her controversial gyrating antics at the MuchMusic Awards.
Miley will be in Madrid on Sunday night for the 2010 MTV EMAs. She has hinted about tonight’s theme: “It’s about the idea that during this world, you’re always going to have temptation. Basically that kind of the whole vibe.”
Speaking of temptations, things at the Cyrus home are currently in turmoil. Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce a week ago after discovering that his wife Tish Cyrus had been carrying on an affair with Bret Michaels.
